What's it all about?

Turn those excess mandarins from the tree in your back yard into marmalade, or those excess plants into produce!
Food Swaps run on an honour system, which means you just make a fair exchange for your produce. Bring along your excess goodies and place them on the swap table, then take whatever you think is a fair exchange.
Food Swaps are local gatherings where people swap excess homegrown produce, homemade goodies and gardening bits and pieces. They are a great way to reduce garden waste, share excess produce and create friendships.
So come along and join us for a cuppa and a chat, tell us what you’re growing and/or cooking. Get new ideas, make new friends, pick up some tips, get rid of your excess produce and go home with some goodies for your kitchen and/or garden…
